Aaaand we’re back… spring is in the air and everywhere you look the world is in bloom. Makes me happy to add some freshness to our menu. Here’s what we ate last week!

Slow Cooker Vodka Bolognese / Caesar Salad
notes: a favorite that’s good any time of the year. I used just ground beef for the meat.
TUESDAY //
Burgers & Fries / Best Wedge Salad
notes: wedge salads are my favorite and the dressing on this one is spot on. will def be making again this summer!

Grilled Sausage Salad Pizza / Fresh Melon
notes: this simple pizza is one of my all-time favs. I like the Never Any apple sausage at Aldi. Opted out of the grilling of the pizza crust and just melted the cheese in the oven. Top with the onions/sausage/salad and fold like a sandwich. So yummy!
SATURDAY //
Black Bean Tacos w/ Feta & Slaw
Pineapple Cucumber Salad
notes: this meal is where freshness is at. so easy and so good.
SUNDAY //
Grilled Chicken / Loaded Greek Quinoa Salad / Grapes
notes: full disclosure – didn’t use every single one of the ingredients here (basil, pine nuts, roasted red pepper); but everything else and it was delicious. Had it for lunch yesterday and still so good. I see this side dish on repeat in the warmer months…
